All prices are displayed on our website and are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated to you with reasonable notice before taking effect. Continued use of a service following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Payments for subscriptions are processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on the applicable renewal date each month.

Payments for one-off products, coaching sessions, and corporate services are due at the time of booking or in accordance with the payment terms set out in your proposal or invoice.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment provider.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and we have structured our services to give you as much flexibility and control as possible. Our subscription services require no long-term commitment, and our product range offers a wide choice so that you can select exactly what meets your needs before completing your purchase.

6.1 No Refund Policy

In view of the nature of our products and services, all sales are final and we operate a strict no refund policy across all of our offerings, including but not limited to:

Monthly subscription memberships, once a billing period has commenced.

One-to-one coaching and consultancy sessions, once a booking has been confirmed.

Digital products and downloadable content, which are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.

Online courses and digital programmes, once access has been granted.

Physical products, once an order has been dispatched.

Holiday Money Club bookings, once the session date has been confirmed.

We encourage all customers to review the full details of any product or service carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a particular offering is right for you, please contact us before completing your purchase and we will be happy to help you make an informed decision.

6.2 Subscription Cancellation

We believe you should always be in control of your commitments. All of our subscription memberships, including CareerBridge, Borderless Women, Sarah Talks Money, SSS Courses, and NexGen Finance Hub, can be cancelled at any time.

To cancel your subscription, you may do so directly within your account settings on the relevant platform or by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your membership for the remainder of the period for which you have already paid, and no further charges will be taken following cancellation.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of a billing period already commenced.

6.3 Exceptional Circumstances

While our no refund policy applies in all standard circumstances, we recognise that genuinely exceptional situations can arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant consideration outside of our standard policy, you are welcome to contact us at the details provided in Section 15, and we will review your situation with care and fairness. Any decision made in such cases is entirely at the discretion of Soft Skills School Ltd and does not constitute a waiver of this policy or set a precedent for future requests.

6.4 Cancelled or Rescheduled Services

In the event that Soft Skills School Ltd cancels or materially changes a service for which you have paid, we will offer you either an alternative arrangement of comparable value or a credit toward a future service. This does not apply to circumstances arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
